1. If buyer is dissatified with our product in any case then full refund or exchange will be done within 30 days. To get started, please visit the 'My Orders' section on our website or else please contact us via any medium mention on our "Contact" us page.

2. Returns should be in unused condition with all packaging intact. After you initiated return for your order, we will initiate the process for a pick up as we will request our courier partners to arrange the pick up from your door step and they would contact you and get the item picked up. Packing Instructions will be sent to you through email.

3. Refund would be processed within three days once we receive the return product and quality check is done.

4. For the proper replacement/exchange please fill the above form present under your return section in Lightshoes.in Account. It is valid for the guest checkout orders also.

5. Refund cost for the shipping fee is not applicable and we will also bear 100% of your fee.

6. Incase you ship the item back tous then pls pack the items securely for avoiding any loss or damage in transit.
